Nautilus Bodywork is committed to providing excellent client-centered bodywork to facilitate optimum mental and physical well-being.

Mission

I aim to give every client the fullest bodywork experience possible, to effect lasting change in their minds and bodies. Through my nurturing sessions I aim to light the spark of self-love and acceptance, which is the first step in nourishing profound healing. One of the main focuses of my practice is on facilitation of emotional healing. In my own life, I have seen many people affected by addiction and abuse. On a very personal level, I want to be open to finding these people within my current community and offering them a safe place to move beyond destructive thought patterns and let go.
