Welcome to Nautilus Bodywork! Currently open for business in the beautiful city of San Diego, I offer a variety of Massage Services including Sensory Repatterning, Jin Shin Acutouch, Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue. A typical session will include blending most of these styles together into a customized experience. My clients are as diverse as the methods I incorporate to address their needs.

Your session may include warm flannel sheets and blankets, a lot of oil and holding and energy work. The next could be completed in comfortable sweat pants and a t-shirt and be comprised entirely of Sensory Repatterning and Thai stretches. Whatever we need to do!

My massage studio is located in University Heights/North Park at 4633 30th Street, next door to Hair in the City. I've just begun sharing my office with an esteemed colleague, Ross Weaver! Please check my updated office hours or call if you have any questions.

Jin Shin Acutouch Special!

I am doing a lot of work with Barbara Clark in learning the depths of Jin Shin Acutouch. As part of my study, I would like to extend an opportunity to experience this energetic work to all of my clients. Many people will choose to end their bodywork session with a few quieting minutes of Jin Shin, but I would like to invite you to try a full hour! Through March (and perhaps longer) come in for a pure Jin Shin Acutouch session - one hour for $25!

During a Jin Shin session, you remain clothed face-up on the table, while I gently touch two points on the body in specific patterns. This induces great relaxation and sometimes altered states, during which profound healing may occur. The "flows", or patterns, are given based on what feedback I receive from your body: your story, your pulse, and your discomfort. Come in and try this lovely Japanese healing art today!
